Prokopios Beach House consists of two separate apartments – the 4-bedroom Casa Calù and the 2-bedroom Casa Lùca in the basement. Each apartment has its own entrance but together they make up the entire, stand-alone, picturesque cycladic house located in the heart of Agios Prokopios. The house also has a rooftop with stunning views of both the mountains and the sea.

Casa Calù

PROKOPIOS BEACH HOUSE

The main house — Casa Calù — has a spacious living area with a powder room and a fully-equipped kitchen. It has four bedrooms – one on the first level, and three on the second level – all with separate entrances accessible from an enclosed, open-air staircase. Each room has an en suite bathroom and a balcony. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 9 people comfortably.

A smaller, winding staircase leads to the rooftop, from where you can enjoy spectacular mountain and sea views. The rooftop area has a small fridge, a plancha for grilling, and a sink so you can prepare al fresco dinners while watching Naxos’ famous sunsets.

Casa Lùca

PROKOPIOS BEACH HOUSE

The basement apartment — Casa Lùca — has two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, that open up into a compact, yet cozy living area with a small kitchenette and courtyard. The rooms are cool and quiet and offer respite from the relentless sun and heat of Naxian summers. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people comfortably.

The bedrooms

The light-filled master bedroom is located on the second story and has a small desk and two private balconies.
This bedroom on the second story is perfect for children. It has a bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
This cozy bedroom on the second story sleeps two people and has extra, under-bed storage.
This ground floor master bedroom has two private balconies and beautiful sliding doors that open up to a cycladic-style bathroom.
One of the two rooms in the basement apartment, this bedroom has vaulted ceilings, plenty of storage space and a small desk area.
The second room of the two-bedroom basement apartment has arguably one of the pièce-de-résistance of the whole house—a bathroom tiled with intricately carved marathon stone.
